POLYBAG CUTING LABELING MACHINE

Project introduction :

VS polybag is very soft and prone to static electricity if labeling in pcs,

SKILT solution is labeling on bag roll surface directly, after labeling then cut bag into pcs . This way compatible labeling and cuting function on one machine also make sure labeling capacity ;

Machine function :

1、Mainframe frequency control, using famous brand inverter；

2、The whole machine adopts computer control;

3、Automatic counting and settable for counting alarm;

4、Intelligent temperature control system makes the bag sealing firm and flat;

MACHINE FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

1. Feeder : Put the polybag roller on the feeder part, delivery out in line to the labeling position.

2. Labeling : Put the sticker on each pcs polybag surface. Labeling engine use German Novexx ALS204, for demending 24/7 countinous operation, tandem function for non-stop production IP65 protection against water and dust ;

3. Cutting : After labeling , cut the polybag into pcs. This part with protective cover, prevent workers from pinching their hands when operating ;

4. Send bag out device : After cut the polybag into pcs, delivery out one by one , this part also with protective cover ;

5. Collection device : Polybags delivery out for stack collection .
